Nat has a B.B.A. from Texas State University, San Marcos, and previously served with Allergan Pharmaceuticals and Aquaflex Contact Lenses. He joined AKORN, leaving as President to establish CYNACON/OCuSOFT ^®. Together, Cynthia L. Barratt, Chief Executive Officer, and Nat G. Adkins, Jr., founded CYNACON in 1986. Most recently, OCuSOFT formed the Southwest Research and Technology Center, which includes numerous ophthalmic-related companies, including Primera Research Pharma, LLC. OCuSOFT offers a variety of OTC ophthalmic products that, when coupled with Primera’s Rx offerings, provide a complete portfolio of therapies for both ophthalmologists and optometrists.
